RETURN POLICY
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Our policy lasts 30 days after arrival. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and even the package is still embalmed and not opened. It must also be in the original packaging.
1 - If you are to drop them and they break, we cannot offer you any exchange or refund.
2 - After the order has been shipped, it is not possible to cancel the order.
3 - In the event that the product arrives damaged or are not functioning, contact us directly on contact@winsher.com.
4 -You are subject to a 20£ fee if the package is being returned due to incorrect address or if it haven't been picked up.
If return of item is necessary it is the customer who pay for the shipping (With Tracking).
If you choose the return, we ask you to take pictures of the product, the kit and the box, and check if they are in good condition.
You must return the product to our warehouse (contact us to give you the return address) since they're the ones who take care of checking the returns with our quality control department. If you want to proceed with the customer who pays for the shipping.

We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

SPECIAL CASE BECAUSE OF CORONA VIRUS :
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- There are certain items where no refunds are granted.
- Book with obvious signs of use.
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Costumes, Party masks, or any Seasonal items.
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Any item used by the customers.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

SALE ITEMS (IT APPLICABLE)
Only regular priced items maybe refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@winsher.com and send your item to the adress that we will communicate to you by mail afterwards.
LOST PACKAGE
If the package is lost or damaged or arrived in bad condition, we resend another package as a replacement, and if the replacement didn't received, than, we issue a refund.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return .Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
SHIPPING
To return your product, you should mail your product to the adress that we will communicate to you by mail afterwards.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item .Shipping costs are non-refundable .If you receive a refund ,the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund .
Depending on where you live , the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you , may vary.
